Vintage Betsey Johnson dress, size 4. Only worn once in excellent condition. Can be worn strapless or with attachable white straps included in original bag. Baby pink background, color is true to stock photos.

White polka dots on bodice trimmed with blue and white stripes. Two gathered ruffle teirs have a cute floral motif with pink and blue roses on green steps, yellow scalloping pattern on top of stripes. Gathered pink sash to cinch and flatter waist.

Zip back, boning at chest to provide extra structure and shape. Worn to a baby shower, super cute for themed activities, or even to prom or parties. Super girly and feminine, cupcake style. Please note I believe this runs small.

I think it would be best for a 0-2. 12.5 across middle of waist sash. 15.4 across top of dress, underarm to underarm. 29 straight down front length of dress.
