The only notable thing is that the dress hem has been taken up. The dress comes with two fabric wrap ties, one I believe may have been made using the extra fabric taken from the hemline.
Can be worn double wrap tied around the waist, worn as a scarf tie, headband/hairbow, or you can use it as a single tie or no tie at all, the options are yours. Size labeled as vintage size 12, but fits best like a modern US size 6-8. Measures approximately 34 inches around the bust and waist, and 48 inches around the hips and continues to flair outwards. The sleeves are about 23 inches long taken from the top of the shoulder seam down.
