Incredible piece, no size tag, fabric thing as a jacket or a dress, not coat. The piece is very twirly with lots of fabric and swing. Quilted appliqué detailing and gorgeous Swiss dot detailed piping along each sleeve and sides of piece.

Puff sleeves, lots of shapes. Only flaw I can find is on the back some mini discoloring see pic. I only noticed it when taking photos outdoors. I added photos including my fingers for scale.
