You are looking at a vintage late 1970s gently worn, very shimmery metallic-silver Disco mid-calf length (midi) party dress "Newleaf" (Made in USA), marked size 9/10 but today's size fits an 8-10 Medium fits nicely on my 35" x 24" x 35 dress form. TVs Vanna White wore a dress just like this one on the cover of People Magazine's August 25th 1986 issue (see pic). I traded a smaller one (size XS) for this dress from my 21 year old daughter as she liked the smaller one that fit her better.
It has awesome pink, teal & gold threads amongst a background of silver, it has a stretchy polyester black lining and the dress is very thin and stretchy, it has a built in padded bra, spaghetti straps, beautiful & defined pleating and 8 faux 1/2 wide cloth covered buttons down the front. It has some snags here and there that must be looked for, but I have taken a pic of the worst one which is on the left side around the hip which has an 1/8 hole (see pic the only hole on the dress). Approximately 35" padded chest (has a little "give). 35 from v-neck front down to hem. 34 1/2 in back from top of zipper down to hem.
45 1/2 shoulder to hem. 15 1/2 shoulder straps (front to back, total length). 8 1/2 slit in front up the middle. 61% Acetate, 9% Lurex, 30% polyester.
