Vintage 70s MARIMEKKO Pink Purple Red Striped Shift A-Line Dress withPockets

  

Vintage 1970s striped a-line dress by Marimekko - perfect for spring! This has a band collar and full length sleeves with button cuffs. The gathers in the front and back of the shoulder yoke give this a nice easy flared silhouette. There are large outer patch pockets on either side of the front. The dress is made of sturdy cotton with thin abstract stripes in shades of pink, purple, and red.

I have not been able to figure out the name of the design or its designer. Closures: Metal buttons down the front and at the the cuffs. Label: "Marimekko Suomi Finland 100% Cotton S" and the international Ginetex care symbols.

Condition: Excellent -there is a small hole in the back of the collar, otherwise I cannot find a flaw. These are the actual measurements of the piece.
