Absolutely fabulous Vintage 90's Franco Moschino Couture Chinese Embroidered Aqua Dress & Jacket Runway. Dress has adjustable shoestring straps. Bought in the 90s and never worn.... Straight off the runway with these minor flaws.... One button is missing on the center of the jacket....

Boning on the bust line has slightly come through and one of the clear adjusters on the straps is slightly broken. This is a stunning piece... Typical uber quality of a Franco Couture Piece.
