VINTAGE DRESS AND LONG LINE COAT 1970'S ROMANTIC MAXI ANTIQUE LACE PEASANT BRIDE. Wonderfully romantic vintage two-piece which dates from the late 1960's-70's. Dress with matching vintage long-line sleeveless coat. Perfect for a Summer wedding. The dress hangs beautifully as does the coat, t. He fabric has some stretch. Both are of bias cut crepe oatmeal cheese cloth with a rustic. The fabric appears lighter in my photographs, I have included one which captures the oatmeal shade.

The dress has a curved square neckline, with tiny pleats stemming from the yoke which flow over the bust. Fitted waist with four A- line panels to the skirt creating fullness at the hem. Beautiful crochet lace insets to back and front length of the sleeves, a further lace insert above the hem of the dress. The sleeveless long-line coat has a fuller shape, flowing from the matching lace trimmed yoke.

Lots of fabric it has a good weight, the coat is fully lined. The coat has cover buttons to fasten. Belt loops to dress waist, the belt is sadly missing.

Being exacting, the coat is very very slightly darker than the dress. Spot mark to dress front outlined in my photos, another similar by third button hole of the coat, a small area of very discreet yellowing front right at hem of coat (difficult to spot unless you search).

Under arms are clean, as is the entire ensemble, ready to wear. Dress- max waist 29 inches (photographed on mannequin 26 inch waist). Bust max 36 inches (mannequin 34 inches). Length waist to hem 41 inches.

Floor length on model 5ft 7. Sleeveless coat- waist (the coat is not fitted at the waist, A-line from under arm). Bust- here, if buttoned a max of 35 inches.
